My German Shepherd, Cocoa, passed away on the fifteenth of last month. He has been there with me with me for the last five years and has grown to be my best friend. His death left me heartbroken.
I wanted my last gift to him to be very special. I have heard about your pet urns from a colleague of mine and so I visited your website. Your website appeared to be the most user-friendly one I have ever come across, giving me all the information I wanted, at the shortest possible time. The catalogues displaying the pet urns on offer, were very demonstrative and I could browse through them fast.
The pet urns which featured on the website impressed me highly. Your splendidly aesthetic collection made it very difficult for me to single one urn out. Finally I decided to go for the K-9 Cottage Urn i.e. the urn resembling a doghouse and having a photo-holder. I selected the Walnut shade, as it was just right for my dear brown Cocoa.
When I called the phone number provided at your website, to make some final enquiries before I actually order, the customer service lady who answered the call was empathetic towards my loss and very sweetly helped me with whatever I needed to know.
I must admit that it became possible for me to order this exquisite doghouse-shaped urn due to the reasonably modest price at which it was being offered. It really made me happy that I could arrange for a beautiful resting place for Cocoa.
When I ordered for the urn, I also asked for en engraving of Cocoa’s name at the bottom. Your customer service official assured me that it would reach me, just like I wanted it to be and that too within four working days only. Her manner pleased me deeply.
I was pleasantly surprised and impressed too when the shipment reached my address as early as the second afternoon.
As I opened the package and took the urn out, Cocoa’s name engraved at the bottom of it, brought tears to my eyes for the first time since he passed away. I have been trying to cry for the past few days, but no tears came even if the heart ached. The urn was the most beautiful one I have ever seen. I was so happy that I was doing this for Cocoa who has given me so much love and comfort unconditionally. As I took out my albums and started to choose a picture to insert in the photo-holder, I again found my eyes brimming. I finally chose the picture with Cocoa holding my diamond ring between his teeth. It was a rainy day and I had lost the ring in the garden and Cocoa refused to return indoors until he had found it out. The picture showed how proud and happy he was to have done that for me.
Though the loss of Cocoa can never be replaced and forgotten, I am very happy today to have found your online service which allowed me to gift Cocoa this ultimate home and that too so helpfully in every sense of the term. I can never thank you enough!

My beloved Butler, a wonderful doc hound was with me for only 8 years. My dog just celebrated his 8th. birthday. He was full of fun and just loving being my best friend. But one day he was having a dog day, and I put him in his bed and told him to rest and he will feel better. I woke him 3 hours later to have his dinner and he could not get up, his back legs were not working and for some reason a disc moved in his spine and he was paralyzed. Within 4 days he had to be put to sleep. I was devastated. My entire family was gone and he was all I had. I miss him so. But thank you to Peturns. Butler is resting in a beautiful pet crematory urn, that will lay next to mine someday in a crypt. He is in on a shelf in the TV room a room where he loved so much. I have a little version of a doc hound on top of this urn holding a ball..(something he love to do). I want to thank you for that beautiful urn for pet ashes and pet memorial jewelry you sent. It was packed so perfectly and I was surprised. I never had to do this but if I ever have another buddy like I had with my wonderful Butler...and he goes before me...you will have another order..you not only sent me a wonderful place for my beloved Butler but you sent along material to help me grieve.
